Meet Ramzy

Ramzy has been working as a tailor for over 40 years. He opened Touch Stitch in 2014 in the Laurelwood neighbourhood of Waterloo, and has been serving customers across Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge and the wider Waterloo Region ever since.

Whether it's a simple hem, a wedding dress fitting, or a full suit alteration — every piece gets the same careful attention. Prom dress alterations, coat repairs, zipper replacements — if it's sewn, he can fix it.

Walk-ins are always welcome during business hours at our Laurelwood, Waterloo location. No appointment needed — customers from Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, and across Waterloo Region are welcome to just bring their garment in and we'll take a look together.

We work with a wide range of garments including suits, pants, dresses, shirts, jackets, coats, jeans, and more. We also handle wedding gowns and formal wear. If you're unsure, just bring it in and we'll let you know.

Simply drop off your items during business hours and we'll have them professionally cleaned and returned to you fresh and pressed. Dry cleaning is ideal for delicate fabrics, structured garments like blazers, and items with care labels that say "dry clean only."

Whether it's taking in the bodice, hemming a train, adding bustle points, or last-minute adjustments before the big day, Ramzy has done it all. We'd recommend bringing your dress in as early as possible to allow enough time for fittings.
